Unauthorized Construction leading to Problem in Laying off New water pipeline

Sir/Madam,

This is to bring to your notice that new water pipelines are been laid in Munirka DDA Flats by Delhi Jal Board/MCD. However, pipelines for Flat No. BA-10 A, C, E, G have not been changed due to illegal construction over the water pipelines by Flat No. BA-9B, Mr. Midha.

We have also talked to the contractor responsible for changing the pipelines in our area, with no positive response. Kindly do the needful so that the pipelines are changed on time.
