Improper Sanitation Conditions

I am resident of C-57 Vivek Vihar. The service lane is stinking with heap of garbage stuffed in big bags placed there. The garbage collected from the colony is collected and sorted out to put in bags. An open latrine constructed on the lane appears to be illegally connected to sewer resulting in sewer backflow in our houses. It appears no sanitation inspector visits or he turns his eye on the other side.
