Loaf of meat in the street thrown by the shop

A meat shop owner throws beef pieces in the street (House no.206, hauz rani) to stray dogs which creates pungent smell, unhygienic conditions and a dirty lane. Even the number of stray dogs are increasing day by day. The rotten pieces of beef left by the dogs are taken in the house by the rats which is highly objectionable. No meat shop owner can throw the beef pieces in the street. I have complained many times to MCD but of no use, status shows that the complaint has reached to the Municipal Commissioner, but instead of taking action, complaint is closed. PLEASE LET ME KNOW THE OTHER CHANNEL FROM WHERE MY GRIEVANCES CAN BE LOOKED INTO OR REMOVED.
