Breakage of drainage

I have to say that our shop is on the main najafgarh road near Nawada Metro Station Pillar No.727.There is Big hole on the drain in front of our shop which creates lot of problem to the pedestrians. A few has fallen in the drain also and some nearly escaped from falling inside the drain. A foul smell also creates problem. In this regard i have twice met the local corporater and made a complaint on his register. But no action has been taken snce the long time.so i request you to kindly take the necessary action.
