No approval of online rti

I would like to draw the kind attention of mcd that i have filed rti against mcd the details are as follows

more than a month has passed but there is pendancy that mcd is not serious about rti.

i would like to ask if there is no reply for the rti than why MCD HAS STARTED IT.
