Fraud by company mcl

I am also a investor in mcl and company cheated so many people. we lost our hard earned money

in this company. now no information is available about the progress in the case. we people should

get the information from police department. the investigating officer look like non cooperative in the case

we can get the information from police department thru RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT how is the

progress and under which sections of ipc the police registered case & etc.etc. so we people should

unite and fight together in the matter .one month has elapsed but i am unable to get money back

from mcl as they promissed to refund the money
