Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a resident of Rajouri Apartments (Opp. G.O.I. Press), Maya Puri, New Delhi. For the past 3 years, the problem of stray dogs has been increasing unabated in our society. Despite several complaints lodged, no action has been taken till date. There have been several incidents of senior citizens being bitten by the dogs when they go for a morning walk in the wee hours.
Small children are scared to go to school in the early hours as the stray dogs won't let them go that easy. I would request you to send a Dg Catcher Team and help us in getting rid of this menace!
