Sir, icici prudential has send me a policy certificate on 6 feb 10 with awb no-96153894 from mumbai to agra by mid way courier .it has reached at delhi on 7 feb 10. delhi forwarded to agra on 7 feb 10 with ref no (mani fest no-91044).agra branch says they have not received any courier so far.it is missing.i have spend 200 rs by contacting to agra, delhi, mumbai and ahmadabad.i m not getting my certificate so far.
