Insult & punishment of citizens applying for Passport in Sec'bad A.P.
this is my first bad experience in India and I feel it is a insult of citizens calling them for applying passport and making them wait in Que on the road for 12 to 16 hours. Even then after taking daily quota and refusing rest of others about 200 people to come and make Que for next day. In the Que you will find old people (senior citizens) and women having different problems health wise etc. Today we are living in modern world and India is one of the fastest growing country of the world and I believe in near future it will be one of the world power. But what is this rubbish way like a backward country they are doing here in Regional Passport office in Secundrabad A.P. Either they can give online appointment No. date and time or token No. on arrival direct to the applicant. However I feel very very sorry to write this and I am not only writing and expressing my feeling but different people standing in Que are having the same.
Therefore you are kindly requested to arrange through Home Ministry, the best way to solve this public problem.
