I am writing you from the place called T.P.Chathiram part of Shenoy Nagar behind St. George convent. I think it comes under Zone V.
The main road of T.P.Chanthiram fully occupied by shop keepers... the 40 feet road now becomes 20 feet. Here the Councilor Shanthi Bhai (w/o Paramasivam DMK) and our area MLA (Respectful. Minister. Mr. Arcot. N.Veerasamy) are helpless. They never visit the location. Also the local boys (porikki guys) standing on the streets and street corners and disturbing public. You can get drugs and liquor very easily in this place. People in this area lost hope on police and government.
In the middle of Chennai - sourounded by Kilpauk, Shenoy nagar - Aminjikarai - Annanagar area... place like T.P. Chathiram is a Shame to our CM and Deputy CM. M.K.Stalin. Please Please take care of this place and make it beautiful and clean.

CHENNAI: The BJP candidate for Anna Nagar constituency, H.V. Hande, on Tuesday alleged that the Thandavaroya Pillai Chatram (T.P. Chatram), one of the oldest residential areas in Anna Nagar, has been left uncared for several years. During a campaign, Dr. Hande said the area was totally neglected by elected representatives. They never raised relevant civic issues about their constituency in the Assembly too, he said.
In the last few years even basic amenities such as drinking water supply, storm water drains and drainage facilities were not provided. Similarly, Housing Board tenements constructed decades ago were in an appalling condition. They needed to be repaired immediately, Dr. Hande said.
Dr. Hande assured the residents that if elected he would allocate Rs. 20 crore towards improving basic amenities. Similarly, the tenements would be repaired, and the issue raised in the Assembly.
