My name is Mohammed Arif Ali staying abroad i had submitted my Ration Card No. PAP167336800596 Shop No:368 Circle No III Bahadurpua, Hyderabad. on 1st of December almost 3 & 1/2 Months over still the change of address is not done.
What is this just to change of address it takes 4 months. Please give me an explanation. The Ration card is on my wife name Umme Salma. I will be waiting for your reply.
