My father has applied for renewal of his passport through TATKAL system yesterday 2nd June in Secunderabad Office. Its really unacceptable that the Counter person at the counter charged him a total of 5000 informing that my father passport get foiled and he gave a reciept for it.
But its really unfortunate that if you see his passport its not even foiled but I dont understand how and why he charged him for that. This is a matter of serious concern for Andhra Government.
My father also informed that there is not a seperate counter for senior citizens.
