Possport stil pending since june

Dear sir,

i had submited passport renuewl aplication at gurgaon passport offince on date 15/6, But i don't have received yet my passport, Already police verification two times completed by sector -10 gurgaon police stn by Mr. Yadhuvir singh (012423070490 / 09212671963, i had submited all address proof ducuments like this old passport photo copy, rasan card with family photo copy, hdfc bank statement photo copy, wetness two persons with singned with voter id card photo copies, why are not releasing my passport, i went three times to delhi passport office for verification & three to gurgaon passport office & police tsn sector -10 but don't any solution from govt. office, becoze tatal crepted empoly of govt. in office,

my passport file Z16-1750 DATE 15/6

so plz take action immidiate
