I want to draw your attention toward misbehaving of your employees like unsocial persons. I (MUKUND BAIS) live at Pipariya Dist- Hoshangabad. I am your consumer & I have a domestic connection C.No. 73-02-430. It was allotted to my father's name. I pay electricity bill regularly. My meter is jam since two years during this period I have complaint many times in M P S E B Pipariya. But no action has been taken.
Last week when I went to Jabalpur due to my personal work your two employees R.K.Dubey J.E Shohagpur and line helper Abdul Gani came to my house. At that time my elder sister alone at house. They told her show your electricity bill after seeing bill they told we want to check your meter she told them my brother is not at house then they told her you are thief and your connection is direct. She didn't mind and back to room. They rang the bell again and rebuke her and forcibly enter my house. They make a panchnama by making increased my load. They add many electric appliances which are not at my house. they increased my load 1000 watt to 3140. When I came back I heard all these events. I shocked. I went to M P S E B Office Pipariya and contact to Mr. Baghel A E town. He persuaded me to see that matter and change your meter but in vain. If you want to see my bills I will show all of them.
Now I request you sir kindly take necessary action towards my problem. I need your help sir.
