HIGH BILL DUE TO FAULTY METER

from dec onward my reading miter is not working and electric board (MSEB) charging high bill for the electric consumption instead of previous history.

in real my consumption is very low. till date meter was not changed and changing blindly. when i goes to office for complaint they reply to pay first after we will adjust according to future billing when meter will start running

actually they don't adjust the bill... working blindly

in jan billing amt is 170/- i have paid in cash

in feb billing amt is 161.37 173 = 334.37 (jan) i have not paid

in mar billing amt is 252 338.20 (jan & feb) i have in cash 590/-

till today they have not adjusted my previous outstanding for the month of Jan Amt: 170/-

we read in news paper people theft light and use in huge amt and never paying for that & i am one who using less and paying more

Matter is not for money...

they have no control over the people (staff)

after all govt organisation, pvt company consumer ko dekhati nahi and govt wale dekhate to hai magar andekha karte hai kya kar lenga

don't know how many of the consumer suffering for the same problem
