Non-receipt of any Document of Pension Scheme Since Ten Years

I was working with M/s Hindustan Antibiotics Limited during 5th August 1987 to 7th February. I was member of Family pension scheme right from joining the company. The deductions were done through my salary as well as through C.P.F. After leaving company I contacted P.F. official many times orally & in writing, but till date I have not received any document regarding pension scheme and balance etc. I contacted P.F. official of H.A Ltd as well as EPFO Pune also. As per their advice I contacted E.P.F.Commissioner but he told that there were no document received to his office from H.A. Limited. I submitted one letter to E.P.F.Commissioner Group- XVI but till date I have not received any satisfactory answer. Please advice to concerned deptt.and me also.
