To,
Central Provident Commissioner, New Delhi
AND
Ministry of Labour, New Delhi
Respected Sir,
We, the following ex employees of M/s Multi-Arc India Ltd. plead to request you to kindly take a personal attention to our request. Our company M/s. Multi-Arc India Ltd. Situated at 14, Lumbini Palace, V.S. Khandekar Marg, Vile Parle (E), Mumbai 400 057 has now shifted to Flat No.102, 1st Floor, Jagruti Building No.1, Kasturba Road No.3, Borivali (East), Mumbai-400 066 w.e.f. November 28 at the above cited new address.
M/s. Multi-Arc India Ltd. has repeatedly failed to deposit our Monthly Provident Fund dues from time to time in the past and as on date are still in arrears from 1 April to date. Due to Nonpayment of our Provident Fund dues by our employer to your office, we could not apply for final withdrawal of our dues from Provident Fund Authorities, nor for the linked EPF accumulations. We have contacted our ex employer several times in the past and requested them to deposit our dues and submit our withdrawal applications to Provident Fund Authorities at the earliest. But neither our employer has paid our dues, nor submitted our withdrawal application to your office, nor even bothered to reply.
Now it is more than 3 years since our ex employer has failed to deposit our provident fund dues to your office, due to which, we and our dependant families are suffering and undergoing immense financial difficulties in getting our provident fund dues released to us along with the EPF monthly pension, even though we are not in their service, any longer.
You are therefore requested to look into the matter personally and arrange to recover the dues from our ex employer with full overdue interest for earlier delayed payments made to you in the past, as well as on the amount due in our accounts from April 1 until date, alongwith severe penalty for deducting the amounts on a monthly basis from pour salaries while we were employed, and failing to deposit the same with Employer’s contribution to your office, and please settle our claims, immediately.
