My name is mandar tari.i have applied for a cdc in radio officer category to the shipping master govt shipping office, naubhavan mumbai in november but i have not received my cdc till date.they dont lift up the telephone, and neither is their fax working.my file no is co/922/10.when will i get my cdc.in deep trouble.please help me.they dont even let us in.what sort of a government office is this.
