Non removal of garbage

In our society shatri nagar (A block part). non removal of garbage is a serius problemb the garbage collecters are not coming properly . they come 2 times in week and our dustbin is going to overloaded with garbage . lot of smell and insect are growing over them. these garbage collectors charge us 80-100 rupees for nothing and always telling us to increase thier fee for nothing . plzz do some measures to avoid this situaton.
