Inconvienience with Stray dogs

Hi,

I stay in BTM 1st stage, 9th main. There are around ten stray dogs which is become big nuisance, they continuously keep on howling, crying in the whole night and residents are not able to sleep. Daily this is become very irritating. Expect the govt responsibilty to take the dogs away from the area..Please consider this serious issue for all the residents daily.
