Stray dogs creating panic

I am residing at 993, vikas kunj, vikas puri, new delhi -18

some 10-12 stary dogs are making life misrable for the residents and the dogs are becoming a threat to all passersby. I fear it is not long before some accedent may be reported to the police and the new services.

Please help us all avoid such things. DO immediately arrange to send a team of dog catchers in our area. Thanks
