Regarding My Parents and Childersn Passport Status

Hello Sir,

I applied for my parents and childers passport in jan. After all procedural clearances, the website shows the dispatch with in 1 weeks time (Since 3 weeks). However, I have not recevied it yet. It will very much appreciate your office can help me expediate the matter
