EPF money not received

Hi,

My name is Gourav keshwani and my employer submitted PF withdrawal form on 2-12 (as per acknowledgement slip), now when i check status on online portal it says that your application is received on 10.2.2011 and under process, i also send email communication to [email protected] to check the current staus but I have not received an acknowledgement from them. Request you to release my PF amount.
