NAME CHANGED ON MY PF NUMBER

Dear Sir

I worked on ACME TELE POWER LTD. I resigned from ACME TELE POWER LTD on November. After that I joined in Ford India Ltd Chennai. Then I transfered my EPF account to Ford. My EPF account number of ACME TELE POWER LTD was HR/26959/401. Now I resigned from Ford India Ltd on April. I have put application for PF claim. But till now i not got my claim amount. Because PF transfered from ACME tele power ltd has changed my name A.Christopher to Jawaharlal Gupta. So kindly forward this to Guragaon PF office to change my name from Jawaharlal Gupta to Christopher. EPF Chennai already send one letter to Gurgaon. So kindly solve this issue
