I purchased one plot in a place called Nolambur next to Mugappair in Chennai... now i regret for havin invested in such a place... The place as such is good but the road, the drainage system above all the governing body of Nolambur Panchayat is simply horrible...
The plot which i brought costed me 40lakhs where as when i approached the Panchayat board president Rajan he is asking me near to 10 lakhs bribe for signing the papers... even though all the paper works are perfect the drawings are proper. Rajan seems to be a politically sound person and he is least bothered abt the norms... He says a sum of 30Rupees /sqft is a must to be paid to him as a share of our joy of owning a plot in his home soil...
He has become a big multi millionare with so many cars, apartments and business firms all by gettin bribes from ppl who pay him silently without questioning him... Now dat i opposed he is giving me unwanted prbs by makin ppl trouble in each and every manner... is there any means to come out of the menace called Rajan who is causing so much prbs to many ppl like me? Is it possible to get approval by any other means?
