Non delivery/ no track of courier send

Our Bank I.O.B. Phulpur Branch, Allahabad has sent Speed Post on 06/8/10 vide C.N.No. SPEU215578192IN from Ghiyanagar Post Office, Allahabad to S.B.I., Motilal Nehru Branch, Allahabad but as on 19/8/10 bank still did not receive envelope containing demand draft. There is no information on delivery track system. The customer care numbers are of no use as either all are engaged and if someone picks up, he gives me another number where I should go.
