Non-working street lights

Respected sir, i am resident of 34vivek vihar near verka milk plant jalandhar. Sir, none of the street lights in my locality is working. At night we find it difficult to go out as there is complete darkness. So sir i request to please take a look into these issue & try to install new street lights as soon as possible. i will be very thankful to you.
