OnDot service in one word - Vey Poor.
I was supposed to receive a courier from Haridwar (which was sent on 14th Oct) and it reached Bangalore on 15th Oct, very fast isn't it. But hey hold on, the parcel reached Bangalore in one day. Then what happened??
I checked the status on 16th and I was amazed to see that it reached here in one day and was expecting to receive my parcel on 16th itself. Now comes the reals drama.
16th Oct - Not received. Ok, it happens. I will get it tomorrow.
17th Oct - checked the status again and status was still the same (In Bangalore). I should have received it by now. Tracked the local office number and tried to call - NUMBER NOT AVAILABLE: O.
18th Oct - same old story. Called the head office (which is in New Delhi) and after holding the call for 10 minutes I came to know that delivery boy has already started from his office and I should be receiving the parcel any time. THANK GOD.
But it didn't happened.
19th Oct - called up again and came to know that they could not locate the address. how is this possible? In the evening I came to know that delivery boy has again started and should reach by EOD today.
But it didn't happened again.
20th Oct - No response from customer care. Tried hundred times calling them but no response.
Bottom line- Do not use this service at all. Only if you have ample time and you want to send a courier which is not very important and you won't mind if it reaches to the recipient after one month.
