On dot courier
Non delivery of parcel

Sir,

I booked a parcel on 28.06.2010 vide no 613139191 from jammu on dot courier office to pune.but the parcel is un deliverd till date. i contacted local courier office where they forwarded me to delhi office where Mr Mohit was looking after the case but till today neither they returned the parcel to me nor deliverd it to my party in pune.

plz provide me some help in this matter.
