Subject – Non-settlement of PF Claim – PF No. 018904, Office code MH/37528 –MAH – RPFC Kandivli
I resigned from Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd. on 2nd April & the company has filed my PF settlement claim with RPFC's office, Kandivali, code MH/37528 on 6th August (soft copy of claim acknowledged by RPFC's office is attached for ready reference).
On visiting the relevant site, it shows that the claim has not been received by that office. I sent several e-mails to RPFC, Kandivili, [email protected] and [email protected]. I was advised to file online grievance form. However this particular site is under fresh development for the last ¾ months. I also sent a letter to RPFC Kandivli by Speed Post but there is no response.
It is evident from the attached acknowledgement that the claim has been received by RPFC, Kandivli. As more than 6 months have lapsed since the claim was filed with RPFC, Kandivli & duly receipted by them, I request you to kindly arrange to settle my claim expeditiously.
