Irresponsible mail service by OVERNIFGHT EXPRESS LIMITED
This is to inform you that i had to recieve a courier from the overnight express limited services dispatched from Karol Bagh (New Delhi) to Dehrdaun. It was dispatched on 14th of february and was supposed to reach dehradun in a weeks time. But to my misfortune i have still not recieved my courier. I am told by the authorities that my packet is dislocated and the officers could not locate it. therefore, in regard to their ineffiecncy i report thsi misbehaviour and irresponsiblity.
