Not dispatching courie

It is really frustrating to book a courier with overnite express. they dont deliver it in proper time and they dont even try to find the address. till now i have received almost 30 consinements and for all the 30 consinmets i have to call them up and get them follow up on the courier status.

they have no respect, value to the customer. They are not serving the purpose of bring in the market i would say they should be kicked out of the market.

Latest meeup has happend with my hdfc credit card pin dispatch with airway bill number 411011098. Without trying to find my address and without even trying to give me a call on mentioned mobile number they send the consinment back stating that address is not found.

Especially R T nagar Branch, Bangalore.
