Provident Fund not get fully

Dear Sir,

My name is Sreenath.k now iam working in a spinning mill Vijayawada, AP, .I was worked in West Bengal in a spinning mill named Pacific cotspin Ltd.from Nov1998 to Dec. My provident fund A/c no.is WB/34176/866 . I got my first cheque Rs.36000/- from my UBI Bank account.but i had not get my fully P.F till now. So i kindly request to you how much is the total amount of my Provident Fund account and what i do the next step for get my money. I am also send E mail to Kolkatta PF office 2 more times but they are not response till now. So i request to you please do need full actions.
