Delay in Tatkal Passport

Dear Sir/Madam

I Padmesh Fozdar, file no BO1070335213112 had applied for reissue of new passport as my old passport had a ECR stamp which made it difficult for me to fly to Dubai for job. I had applied for passport on 27th April and was supposed to receive my passport on 3rd May as there was no police verification required according to Additional Passport Officer, Malad. But they by mistake mentioned PV required which they later changed to not required after I spoke to APO, Malad. On 4th May my online status changed to Passport Granted but till date they havent dispatched it. My employers in Dubai have booked my ticket for 10th May and have give me a ultimatum to report on 10th May or else my job would be withdrawn. Kindly help me in this above matter and get some solution to it.
