Kulgaon badlapur municipal corporation had given completion certificate to the project of panvelkar's royal square although the builder did not follow the provisions of MOFA and National building code of India.
In C wing of royale square the enterance is so small the tenants can not carry their things. According to act it should be minimum 2.4 meters but it measured less than 2 meters. It is very dangerous for tenants safety in case of emergency.
