Passport Delay

Hi,

I have applied for my wife new passport from reginol office lucknow & my file no is LKO-Z002081-11

today is more than 08 month but i don't get any result.

As per website status "Application has been closed, Please reapply quoting earlier File Number or contact PRO. " i went to lucknow and contacted to Mr. R.P. Singh. As per system they told Your DD has expired the i deposited cash. Its passed more then 45 days but same message is displaying.

I send so many mail to lucknow and delhi office but i am not getting any responce.

I am getting more frustation due to my passport and tired form Passport authority..

So, I request to send my passport.
