Unreasonable Delay in issue of Passport

I submitted application for issue of new passport on 16th August file No: DLH-A049730-10.

Police Verification was completed in month of October and since then the status has been "Police report is clear. Application is under process".

I had followed-up with authorities both over emails and in person, last interaction with the RPO was on 21st April and it was advised that passport will reach you in 10-15 days, now 20 days have gone by and still the status on the site is the same.

I would request you to please help in getting the passport issued at the earliest.
