Non receipt of passport

I have applied for my passport dated 1/10 vide application no. PAT/Z540501 by the name of Anil Kumar Sikaria, Aayush Enterprises, Koat Bazar, Sitamarhi

the status for this application shows from 23/01 as"It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time "

It is very painful that the passport is not dispatched by the authority since 2 months have been passed.

Pls look into this matter and send my passport earliest.
