I had applied for Passport on 27th April'10, File Reference Number: HYD-A021797-10, and its been more than 3 months but till now i have not recived the passport, i had been refering to the Passport enquiry site and as per that it was updated that the passport had been despatched on 22nd June'10, how ever later after for 10 days the status was again updated as "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time". the status remains to be the same since about 1 month and the updation is auto renewed to the recent date.
This is sort of delay is causing a lot of trobule and ambigutiy as iam waiting to recive the passport and expecting a travel abraod very soon. Hope this matter will be escalted to the concerned depts. and would apprecriate a quick response.
