I applied for my passport on 19th of April at Kolkata. My file number is CAL-A030086-10. The police verification process was over within a one and a half month. The passport office website said that they received the police verification report and that the passport would be despatched by July. After some days it began to show "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a weeks time". For the past one month the status is showing this. As a result I have not received the passport yet. Please help me.
I will be obliged if this matter is resolved quickly.
