Passport
Please Clarify

Hi Guys,

I had applied for passport in the month july'10 but yet it is not dispatched even after police verification.. for a long time it is showing soon passport will be dispatched... Now the real problem is I supposed to shift my residence from my current location asap... can anyone tell me whether even after changing the location i could get the passport or it will lead to trouble??
