Didnt get my Passport

Hi Team,

I have applied my passport on 15th Sep 2010 but till now i didnt get my passport, still it sis showing the update the same from one month stating that "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time".

Can you please do me a favour regarding delay of my passport.
