Passport
HAVE NOT RECEIVED PASSPORT

Dear Sir,

I GORA DUTTA had applied for passport (File no: A028464) on 9-04 at the Kolkata passport office. All my documents had been verified and subsequently police enquiry was also completed at my homeplace, Asansol (WB). But my passport has not been delivered yet. Do I need to again submit P.P. forms and fill the form with Rs.1000 and repeat the entire procedure?
