Passport
Non reciept of passport

Dear Sir,

I have submitted my passport apli aplication on 21st Jan'11 in tatakal and it was supposed to delivered in 1 week. But its been more than 15 days that i have not received my passport and i have fly to srilanka on 11th Feb (after 2 days). My file no: HYDA00507611.

I request you to take immediate action and help me in this situation.
