Passport not received

I Gaurav Mohta, applied for passport in Feb' 08 after police enquiry finished on the spot. After 3 yeras CID enquiry completed. I dont have any police or criminal record then too this delay happened, now since every thing is cleared Jaipur passport office has not sent me my passport till now, CID has given clearence 4 months back my file number is W208 in the name of Gaurav Mohta
