Grievance:
Dear Sir/Madam
I had applied for my new passport on 21st Dec'10 . All my verifications are completed & the passport authorities are satisfied. On 24th March'11 i went to the old passport office to check the non delivery of my passport, at that time i was told that they were facing some problems in scanning my photo on the passport hence i didnt recieved the same despite of all verifications, i gave them another photo, i was also promised the delivery of my passport latest by 31st March'11 . Its been 3 weeks & still i have not heard anything from their end. Everyday my online status shows application is in progress but no results. I am plannning an international trip in the 1st week of may to attend a family wedding. I already missed one of my cousins wedding on 22nd March cos of the same problem.
Request you to kindly expedite the matter & ensure delivery of my passport asap. Expecting a positive response from your end.
