UNABLE TO CHECK THE STATUS

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm Krishna from Hyderabad. I have applied for Passport on 08/02 in E-Seva, Musheerabad office vide file reference number HYDH00435811. Police verification also completed on 27th March. But till date, I'm unable to check the status of my application. Everytime when I enter the above file number in the hyderabad passport site, it is saying number is either wrong or invalid. I have contacted the customer care also (1100-Pariskaram) and reported the same issue, they have said to contact the center where you have submitted the passport application. When I contacted the E-Seva office, there is no proper reply from their side and they always say that is the mistake of passport authorities.

I request the concerned authorities to look into this matter at the earliest and issue the passport.
