Delay in dispatch and wrong entry of name

Dear Sir/Madam,

I applied for a Passport on 18/03, file No. : Z-10080811 at Sanga Reddy, Medak Dist. In the status enquiry it is displaying the message as "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time " even after the police verification had done.

Also my Surname in the Status Enquiry is displaying wrong. Please do the needfull.
