Delay in dispatch and surname misprint

Dear Sir/Madam,

I applied for a Passport on 18/03, file No. : Z-10080811 at Sanga Reddy, Medak Dist. In the status enquiry it is displaying the message as "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time " even after the police verification had done.

Also my Surname in the Status Enquiry is misprinted, my actual name is 'VENKATESHYADAV VANKERI' but in the status message it shows 'VENKATESHYADAV VENKERI', Please verify my attached documents and correct my name before it is dispatched.
