Passport not receved

Hi sir.

this is sandeep srivastava and i hav applied 4r passport on 16/10 and till now no police came for verification. if am going to the site www.ap.nic.in/passport it is showing that File Reference Number (Lkoa08118008) is either wrong or Information NOT available... please tell me how can... search it.
